ADK apprentices are required to go through JATC Area 1, which is a state approved electrical apprentice training program. The majority
of apprentices remain valuable ADK employees upon completion. ADK is dedicated to keeping employees up to date on CPR and pertinent
training such as erosion control, confined spaces, and haz-mat. Every new hire at ADK is required to receive company safety manual
and enroll in a drug testing program. All employees are required to attend weekly safety meetings. Job hazard analyses are performed
on jobs. "Safety first" attitude is expected from every employee. ADK's employees have versatile skills and qualifications
that make up a strong team of individuals.
